Operations Support Associate/ Mail Room MAX PR: $18.10/hr on W2 LOCATION: Irving, TX (100% Onsite) JOB TYPE: 4+ Months Contract SHIFT TIME: Tuesday- Saturday, 4:30pm-1:00am CST Position Summary We are seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist with routine operational tasks in a structured, fast-paced environment. This role involves handling mail processing, document updates, and working across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform daily mail runs and document handling tasks Update and maintain records across multiple systems/applications Support routine operational processes following established procedures Identify opportunities to improve individual work processes Interact with internal teams and client personnel for basic information Escalate issues and questions to supervisors as needed Required Qualifications 6+ months of operations support or related experience Ability to follow structured processes and procedures Comfortable working with multiple systems/applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic communication skills and the ability to interact with teams Ability to work onsite full-time Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in banking, back-office, or operations environments Experience with document processing or mailroom tasks Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, etc.)
