About the Role: Our client is a growing national organization looking for a Market Director to lead and expand its presence in Las Vegas. This is a relationship-driven leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with business leaders, developing new relationships, creating engaging experiences, and building a strong local community. The Market Director will take ownership of the Las Vegas market, with a focus on business development, relationship management, community engagement, events, and continued growth.
What You’ll Do: Build relationships with CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives throughout the Las Vegas market Develop new business through networking, referrals, events, and local partnerships Build strong relationships with existing members and create opportunities for meaningful connections Lead and develop a local team as the market grows Plan and participate in events designed to strengthen the community and develop new relationships Represent the organization throughout the Las Vegas business community Partner with the broader organization to support continued growth
What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a relationship-driven environment such as business development, sales, events, hospitality, community building, entrepreneurship, or executive leadership. The right person will be a natural relationship builder who is comfortable developing new business, leading people, representing an organization publicly, and balancing multiple priorities. An established Las Vegas network is a plus, but we're equally interested in someone with the ability to quickly build genuine relationships within the market. Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission.
