Role Description:
The Logistics Coordinator at Painless Dental Care is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operational flow across the practice. This position oversees inventory levels, tracks supply usage, and coordinates ordering and deliveries to keep clinical and office supplies readily available. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with dental staff and vendors to align supply needs with appointment schedules and procedures, resolving discrepancies and delays promptly. Daily tasks include monitoring supply chain performance, updating records and reports, communicating order status, and supporting efficient patient scheduling and resource allocation. The role also involves handling logistics-related inquiries with a focus on clear communication and service-oriented problem solving.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track inventory, interpret logistics data, and support operational decision-making. Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with dental teams, vendors, and administrative staff. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional, helpful manner. Candidates should possess Inventory Management capabilities to maintain accurate stock records, manage ordering cycles, and prevent shortages. Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management knowledge to coordinate suppliers, monitor delivery timelines, and improve logistics processes. Relevant skills and qualifications: proficiency with office and inventory software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and prior experience in healthcare or logistics coordination is beneficial.
