Reporting to the Director of Stores (US), this role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our retail operations. Description of
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day operational processes across stores and digital, serving as the primary operational partner to both teams and driving efficiency at scale Oversee inventory processing and management, from ensuring inventory is received and checked in accurately and in a timely manner to managing inventory adjustments and troubleshooting discrepancies. Own store facilities management — support floor plans and space planning, building code/safety compliance, and repair/maintenance vendor relationships, including scheduling service visits and driving timely resolution across the store portfolio Lead bi-annual physical inventories and the cycle count program end-to-end — including planning, execution, variance analysis, and root-cause resolution of shrink drivers Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, processes, and best practices — owning the business case, rollout, training, and adoption Own omni-channel fulfillment processes in-store, partnering with digital to improve SLAs, accuracy, and throughput Act as a hands-on problem-solver and troubleshooter, applying a commercial, business-oriented lens to prioritize issues by P&L and customer impact Own store expense centers (catering, cleaning, shipping/messenger, supplies, uniforms, etc.), managing budgets, negotiating vendor terms, and identifying consolidation and bulk-rate savings opportunities Own backend POS administration and serve as escalation point for store teams, diagnosing and resolving issues independently and driving systemic fixes rather than one-off workarounds Lead operational readiness and execution for store openings, pop-ups, and events, from pre-opening planning through post-launch optimization Build and own the operations reporting: designing, automating, and distribute recurring dashboards and KPI reporting that hold store teams accountable, surface trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership Leverage advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex lookups, nested logic, Power Query, macros) to analyze large operational datasets, store behavior and sales, model scenarios, and build scalable reporting tools
