Discover how we help businesses reduce employee turnover and increase satisfaction.They are located in Framingham, hybrid situation.Here's the breakdown:Technical Services CoordinatorsTeam: Customer Success6 month term to start$20.00 per hourTargeted start dates of January 4thRemote (EST time zone preferred)Responsibilities:Handling communication on errors or successes of the team bulk award uploads to the customer via emailManage shared Technical Services inbox for customer inquiriesManage significant volume of bulk upload awards that come from Workhuman customers on a daily basisContinuously maintain inbox and reach out to customers proactively, updating them on progress of uploadsWork directly with the Technical Services Specialists, and maintain books of business of the CSM's and Sr. CSM's for all team bulk uploadsWork directly with Senior Manager Technical Services on all customer escalations as they comeQualifications:High attention to detail, both written and verbalHigh proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite)Great collaboratorEffective communication skills1 year of customer focused experience in a support related roleExperience maintaining datafile reports
