About the role

We're hiring for one of the most established HFT prop firms in Chicago, run by founders with deep roots in the industry. The firm runs several small, independent trading desks across futures and equities. They want early-career quant researchers who want real responsibility from day one.
What you'll do: Research and build high-frequency signals and strategies in futures and equities Work directly with the traders and developers on your desk, from first idea to live trading Own your work end to end, with a clear line to P&LWhat they're looking for 1–4 years as a quant researcher or trader at a prop or HFT firm Strong academic background in maths, stats, physics, CS or similar Solid Python and/or C++Based in the US and happy to work on-site with the team Why it's worth a look Small desks, so your work matters and gets noticedA proven firm with a flat structure and no layers of management Strong base and a bonus tied to desk performance Apply here or message me directly.
