Starting Wage: $20-$28/hour DOE No Roofing Experience Required Hands-On Training Learn a Skilled Trade Opportunities for Advancement Work Alongside Experienced Commercial Roofing Crews What You'll Learn & Do As a Commercial Roofing Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced crew members and foremen while learning the commercial roofing trade. Your work may include:

Installing commercial flat roofing systems
Removing existing roofing materials
Installing insulation and roofing materials
Loading and unloading materials
Learning to use roofing tools and equipment
Cleaning and maintaining jobsites
Assisting experienced roofers and foremen
Following jobsite and company safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and ready to work
Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable performing physical work
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Able to work effectively as part of a crew
Safety-minded with a positive attitude

Roofing experience is NOT required. Experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse work, farming, or other hands-on/physical jobs can be helpful.
