The Kitchen Source is growing and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Designer to join our team. This is more than a design role, it is an opportunity to guide clients through one of the most meaningful investments in their home, from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers to bring projects to life Guide clients through space planning, selections, and installation Manage projects from initial consultation through completion Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Deliver a high-touch, luxury-level customer experience Balance showroom sales and outside sales opportunities What You Bring 4+ years in kitchen and bath design and sales Strong sales track record, ideally in a luxury or high-end market Deep understanding of cabinetry, materials, and industry trends Ability to read clients well and navigate multiple decision makers Knowledge of construction basics (framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Passion for design, people, and delivering excellence Why The Kitchen Source Work with an award-winning, family-owned design firm Access to top-tier products and national-level projects Collaborative team environment with strong support Opportunity to build a high-income, commission-based careerA brand known for quality, service, and long-term client relationships Compensation Commission-based with strong earning potential for high performers.
