Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Manufacturing Associate to support our Sample Manufacturing department on a temporary, part-time basis. This position requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
What You'll Be Doing: Maintain and clean equipment as needed. Manually glue Phillip Jeffries samples while meeting daily production goals. Count, label, and maintain inventory of supplies and headers. Ensure all materials are properly stored in designated areas. Maintain accurate sample inventory and report discrepancies to management. Assist the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with various tasks and projects as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. What You Bring to the Table Previous warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills. Experience with WMS systems is a plus. Respectful, courteous, and professional attitude. High level of integrity. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50–100 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks as required. Ability to maintain productivity in a manufacturing environment.#ZR
