Role Description:
The Back Office Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. This position supports daily administrative and back office operations, including data entry, document preparation, record keeping, and maintaining accurate files. The Back Office Assistant helps coordinate communication between internal teams, responds to inquiries, and provides basic customer service support to candidates and clients. Responsibilities also include monitoring office workflows, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring that operational processes are followed consistently. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, record management, and workflow coordination. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review information, identify inconsistencies, and support accurate reporting. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance experience, including scheduling, document preparation, and general office support. Candidates should possess Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams, candidates, and clients. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive experience for all stakeholders. Proficiency with office software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are preferred. Previous experience in staffing, logistics, or administrative roles and a high school diploma or equivalent are advantageous.
