About the role

Enel North America is seeking a Wind Maintenance Lead to coordinate and safely execute major component replacements across the wind fleet. You will work with internal tools, manpower, and third-party vendors, ensuring safety and quality in every task. The role requires 3+ years in wind energy or electrical work, experience with self-hoisting cranes, and a strong safety focus. CDL is preferred and travel up to 75% is expected to support multiple sites in the US.
