Duties: ·Operate and maintain production machinery to meet daily production goals ·Monitor machinery for defects or malfunctions and make minor adjustments as needed ·Inspect finished products for quality and consistency ·Keep accurate records of production output ·Maintain a clean and organized work area ·Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements: ·MUST be able to pass drug test ·MUST be able to pass background check ·Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred ·Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision ·Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination ·Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks ·Reliable, punctual, and a team player ·Basic math skills ·Ability to use tools ·Bilingual is a plus; if you can read and understand English but still learning how to speak it, this job could be for you!
