About the role

Driving operational excellence and client success, the full-time Enterprise Solutions Manager will manage client relationships, optimize processes, and oversee cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Directors on client meetings, requirement scoping, and strategic solution design Design and implement scalable operational processes from 0-1 Lead project delivery, performance analysis, and quality optimization across workflows Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise accounts Proven track record of building operations and processes from 0-1 Strong project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis tools Experience in consulting, banking, technology, or high-growth startup environments
