About the role

Hand Solderer OpportunityLSI ADL is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Solderer. With this role, the employee is responsible for hand soldering wires to printed circuit boards to meet IPC specifications and assure quality standards and meet customer demands. Assemble products until they are complete to acceptance test procedures and routing
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use hand soldering techniques on wire, cable, and board assemblies to standard.
  • Perform mechanical assembly, crimping and cleaning wires.
  • Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products.
  • Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed
  • LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, current and former employees, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.
  • Learn and practice standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management.
  • Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
