Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a community hospital Emergency Department in North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in nocturnist-only or mixed day/night schedules. Residents are accepted, though prior independent Emergency Medicine experience is preferred due to the solo coverage model.

Emergency Department: 22 beds Staffing Model: Single physician coverage Two Advanced Practice Providers providing split coverage Average Daily Volume: Approximately patients Hospital Support:24/7 Hospitalist coverage 24/7 Radiology coverage Scope of Services: General SurgeryOB/GYNOrthopedics Primary Care Urology Transport: Strong air and ground support for immediate patient transfers

Candidate Requirements: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine Comfortable practicing as a solo provider Able to manage a broad range of emergency presentations independently Residents accepted; experienced candidates preferred due to solo coverage expectations
