About the role

Client ConciergeGo Abacus is looking for a Client Concierge to own the human moments that build genuine, personal connections with client teams. This part-time, remote, hourly role is built for someone who loves finding the perfect note to write, the right gift to send, or the ideal moment to check in.Requirements:Excellent written communication, especially in a warm, personal register (handwriting counts)A naturally attentive, detail-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills to track client milestones, preferences, and outreachDiscretion and strong judgmentComfort working independently and remotely, with minimal oversight once priorities are setPrior experience in hospitality, client relations, executive support, or a similar relationship-driven role is a plus. Genuine thoughtfulness matters more than a specific resume.
