Title: National Sales Director – HVAC Solutions
Location: United States (based near major airport)Package: $175,000 - $240,000 + 40% Bonus
Responsibilities:
A leading HVAC solutions provider is seeking a National Sales Director to lead revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand service, maintenance, equipment, and project sales across the country. This role will oversee national sales strategy, key accounts, channel partnerships, and business development initiatives. Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company goals. Lead, coach, and support regional sales teams and representatives. Build relationships with enterprise customers, owners, contractors, and strategic partners. Drive sales of HVAC service agreements, maintenance programs, equipment, controls, and integrated solutions. Identify new markets, target accounts, and growth opportunities. Oversee proposals, pricing, contracts, forecasting, and pipeline management. Partner with operations, service, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver customer solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics. Travel nationally to meet customers, support teams, and develop business opportunities.
Requirements:
Must have commercial HVAC, mechanical, controls, or building solutions sales experience. Proven success leading national, regional, or enterprise-level sales initiatives. Experience managing sales teams, manufacturers’ representatives, or channel partners. Strong understanding of HVAC service, maintenance, equipment, and project solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills. Experience with CRM systems, forecasting, proposals, and contract negotiations. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to travel nationally as needed.
