Senior Client PartnerOur client is seeking a Senior Client Partner to expand their Data and AI services and solutions to increase revenue and deepen relationships within an assigned portfolio of Financial Services accounts. This role is ideal for a consultative, relationship-driven seller who excels at account planning, executive alignment, retention, and expansion, while partnering tightly with delivery teams to ensure long-term customer success.Key Responsibilities:Identify and expand opportunities across new and existing AI, Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data modernization initiativesBuild multi-year account plans including whitespace analysis, relationship maps, and growth plays within assigned BFSI accountsDevelop trusted executive relationships with senior AI, Data, Technology, and Business leadersCollaborate with delivery leaders to ensure customer outcomes and high satisfactionManage escalations professionally and protect client relationshipsSupport commercial strategy: pricing, renewals, scope management, SOW extensionsMaintain pipeline forecasting and account documentation in CRMRequirements:7–10 years' experience in client-facing roles within technology or software organizationsDemonstrated success in account growth, renewals, and Data/AI expansion for financial servicesSkilled at positioning AI-driven solutions (Agentic AI, AI Agent) for banking, financial services, and insuranceExperience selling Cloud Data Lakes, Data Fabrics, data governance, or Master Data Management to financial servicesStrong executive presence, relationship-building, and collaboration skillsComfortable with enterprise processes: procurement, vendor management, and governanceTechnical Fluency Knowledge of Data Management and/or AI solutions from Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, ReltioKnowledge of ML, Agentic AI, AI Agent solutions and the use of these across business, operations, and technology organizations across the banking and financial services industryWhat Success Looks Like:Retains accounts while growing services footprint year-over-yearExpands relationships beyond initial stakeholders (multi-threaded trust network)Works seamlessly with delivery teams to drive client outcomes and additional opportunitiesEstablishes the company as a strategic partner for enterprise data and AI transformation
