Job Description:
Managing schedules for an executive, including coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and presentations; composing sensitive and confidential correspondence, preparing reports and exercising tact and initiative in communicating with senior administrators and various external and internal agencies and organizations. Providing support to various working committees, coordinating special events and initiatives. Performing other duties as assigned .
Qualifications:
# The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, is proficient in written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office, time management .# Types a minimum of 65 WPM. # Anticipating needs while continuing to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a fast paced environment is extremely important.# Creating, formatting and proofreading a variety of materials including: correspondence, minutes, agendas, manuscripts, policies, procedures,# templates and emails.# Organizing multi-faceted workloads with multiple deadlines while working on supervised and independent projects.
