Entry Level Production Assistant Note On-campus work in Miami, FLWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in the production industry and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to support the smooth execution of production processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination and scheduling of production activities to ensure timely completion of projects. Support the setup and breakdown of production equipment and materials at the workplace or on set. Communicate effectively with team members and departments to facilitate smooth production operations. Maintain organized records of production resources, including inventory tracking and supply management. Perform quality checks on materials and products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting related to production processes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in production or related fields is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective teamwork and coordination. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production schedules and demands. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn operation of production equipment and software.
