About the role
Bellwether is seeking a Closing Team Associate to lead the end‑to‑end closing of debt and equity investments in CRE. You will coordinate with originations, legal, asset management, and treasury to complete due diligence, assemble closing documents, and ensure timely execution across all workstreams.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in transaction closing, deep CRE debt/equity experience, and strong organizational skills to manage complex checklists and timelines.
