Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Wood Department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and the potential for long-term placement. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Operate a variety of production equipment Inspect product quality using measuring tools such as calipers and rulers Accurately complete written production reports Sort boards in the end board sorting area Perform additional duties as assigned Report production activities and issues to the supervisor
