About the role

This is a VP Sales role for one of the fastest growing Agentic AI Security Startups in the world. With a recent significant large funding round we are looking for a VP Sales to drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for scaling the sales organization, driving enterprise revenue, and building the commercial infrastructure required for the company’s next phase of growth. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and have significant ownership across sales strategy, team development, forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.
The Role: Own enterprise revenue performance, forecasting and sales execution. Develop and execute the sales strategy across key markets. Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing sales organization. Build scalable processes across pipeline management, CRM, territories and forecasting. Partner with Product, Marketing and executive leadership on broader GTM strategy. Use customer, market and performance data to identify new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in enterprise technology sales. Strong background in cybersecurity, AI or highly technical software. Proven experience scaling and leading high-performing sales teams. Track record of consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets. Deep understanding of enterprise GTM, forecasting and pipeline management. Experience operating within a high-growth technology environment. This is an opportunity to build and shape the sales organization, rather than simply inherit an established function, with significant ownership over strategy, team and execution.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
