Technical Program Manager III | Salesforce | Business Process Optimization & AutomationWe're hiring a Technical Program Manager III for our client to lead initiatives focused on business process optimization, workflow automation, and business systems improvements within a Professional Services organization.This is not a traditional customer-facing Product Manager role. We're looking for someone who has successfully gathered business requirements, redesigned operational processes, and partnered with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and drive operational excellence.Experience gathering and documenting business & functional requirementsBusiness process mapping, optimization, and workflow automationSalesforce experience (Certinia/FinancialForce or PSA platforms a plus)Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skillsTechnical program, business systems, or process improvement experienceProfessional Services or consulting operations experience preferredIdeal backgrounds include Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Process Improvement Manager, or Professional Services Operations Manager with a passion for improving internal operations through technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
