Job Description: Residential Electrician – Lead/Experienced We are looking for an experienced Residential Electrician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of residential electrical experience and be comfortable working independently as well as as part of a crew. Experience with whole-home generators and generator installations is a strong plus, but not required.
What We’re Looking For: 3–4+ years of residential electrical experience Generator installation/service experience preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and people skills Ability to effectively lead and manage a crew Professional and respectful when working with customers Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Ability to follow through on projects and maintain high-quality standards Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work safely and efficiently in residential environments What We Value: We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in the electrical field, but is also reliable, hardworking, team-oriented, and customer-focused. The right person will take ownership of their work, communicate well with both customers and team members, and help ensure every job is completed correctly and professionally.
