About the role
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting processes, and day-to-day finance activities. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to maintain accurate financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily finance operations and related business processes. Coordinate financial reporting, reconciliations, and transaction reviews. Monitor financial processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Review financial data and prepare management reports and operational insights. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and internal workflows. Coordinate with accounting and other departments to resolve financial issues. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow activities. Maintain appropriate financial documentation and operational records. Support internal controls and established financial procedures. Assist with month-end and year-end financial activities. Track operational finance metrics and report performance to leadership. Support audits and provide requested financial documentation. Assist with implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, financial analysis, or a related area. Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and reconciliations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
