Start Date: 11/02/2026 Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) Become an integral part of our long-term acute care team as an LPN/LVN, providing specialized treatment and extended care to patients with complex, serious medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive bedside care, including administering medications and monitoring vitals. Assist in managing complex patient needs, such as wound care and IV therapy. Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with registered nurses and physicians. Educate patients and families on the care process, post-discharge needs, and rehabilitation goals. Adhere to strict infection control practices and safety regulations.
Work Environment: Provide extended care in a specialized facility or unit dedicated to patients requiring prolonged medical attention. Work with an interdisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes.
