- Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing Augmented Reality training, immersive simulation environments, or interactive learning technologies
- Proficiency in validating 3D models and creating AR work instructions
- Ability to edit instructional videos and adapt to new software quickly
- We PreferHighly motivated and able to work independently with strong follow‐through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, and/or LEAN, CORE, ACE, or Six‐sigma training
- Interest in server management and encrypted network requirements (e.g., Docker, cyber compliance)
- Experience working with and manipulating 3D models and 3D environments
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
