Opportunity Details: Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history and physical exams. Order and review labs, EKGs, imaging, and other pre-procedural testing. Perform medication reconciliation and make appropriate medication adjustments. Identify clinical concerns and coordinate specialist consultations, medical optimization, and pre-procedural clearance. Provide patient education, prescriptions, and pre-procedure instructions while coordinating interpreter services, as needed. Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team while supporting quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives. Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
