With a team of approximately 40 people, we value ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvementTurboPass is looking for a Microsoft Administrator to help manage and secure our modern Microsoft 365 environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of cloud security and administration.As a Microsoft Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and well-managed Microsoft ecosystem. You'll work closely with our Head of Security and IT Administrator to strengthen identity management, endpoint security, compliance, and operational workflows.This is a fully cloud-native environment built around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Sentinel, and a Zero Trust security model. There is no on-premises infrastructure, servers, or traditional networking to manage.RequirementsWhat You'll DoAdminister and secure the Microsoft 365 environmentManage Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)Deploy, tune, and support Microsoft Defender for EndpointServe as the first responder to all security incidents across the Microsoft environment, including triage, investigation, containment, and remediationBuild, tune, and improve Microsoft Sentinel detections using KQL to reduce noise and improve visibilityExperience with SIEM platformsExperience in a security operations or SOC environmentPreferred ExperienceMicrosoft Sentinel and KQL queries/detection engineeringPowerShell scripting and automationSIEM platformsSecurity operations or SOC experiencePreferred Certifications & TrainingCertifications are a plus and demonstrate a strong foundation in Microsoft administration, security, and cloud technologies.
