About the role
Realign Llc is seeking a Senior Service Now Technical Lead / Consultant to drive end-to-end Service Now initiatives, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer success. You will collaborate with customers and teams to architect scalable solutions and guide migrations, upgrades, and integrations. The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, hands-on Service Now experience, and excellent leadership/mentoring abilities in a remote-capable environment.
