Interventional Oncology & Embolization Virtual Player/CoachIQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, is looking for high performing inside sales representatives with a track record of success to join our team! The Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) Virtual Player/Coach will be working with a call list provided by Boston Scientific and scheduling virtual calls to speak/meet with physicians and provide education, identify key referral networks and determine where Boston Scientific therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution and lead a sales discussion leading to closed business. The Player/Coach must use approved tools and resources for sales calls and product promotion that will be delivered through a 100% virtual platform.Responsibilities:Successfully completes all assigned training for the Virtual Sales Representative role as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build on the foundational product and clinical trainingConduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies.Compliance with promotional program and lunch and learns for HCPs.Provide timely updates to Project Leader on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.Maintain and update current and prospective target HCP/ Clinician profilesClassify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.Determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.Identify key referral networks for the assigned therapyScheduling virtual calls to meet with physiciansRequirements:Minimum QualificationsNote: Player Coach candidate must have all qualifications below and have management experience4 yr. degree from an accredited University required1–3 years of experience managing accounts, workflows, or initiatives where success depended on organization, follow-through, and independent decision-makingDemonstrated ability to analyze data or trends (e.g., sales reports, usage patterns, dashboards, forecasts) and translate insights into next steps or recommendationsExperience communicating with multiple stakeholder types (customers, internal partners, operations, or leadership) to move work forward without in-person interactionProven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detailComfort having structured discovery conversations related to pricing, volume, or process efficiencyWillingness and ability to operate with accountability, including owning outcomes tied to forecasts, execution, and customer follow-upPreferred Experience:2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated or operationally complex environmentPrior exposure to contract review, pricing discussions, inventory oversight, or margin-sensitive decision-makingExperience supporting or leading capital equipment evaluations, trials, or implementation efforts- virtuallyDemonstrated ability to build and maintain business plans tied to measurable outcomes (forecast accuracy, growth targets, pipeline development)Experience working across a broad product portfolio rather than a single SKU or serviceFamiliarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or performance tracking tools used to manage territories or accountsTrack record of applying feedback and coaching to improve execution, efficiency, and results over timeExperience selling to OncologistsInside Sales Experience.Additional ExpectationsAble to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsMust be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal-orientedExcels in a fast-paced, competitive environmentStrong verbal, interpersonal and listening skillsAbility to adapt quickly to change and work effectively on various assignmentsDisciplined self-starter with the ability to work from home and flexibility for field work as requiredProficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM experience, iPad, apps, etc.)Location: Virtual Sales Representatives will be assigned a call list and will be located within the US.
