About the role

Paychex, a leading HR and payroll services provider, is seeking a customer service professional to independently support multiple Paychex products. You will cultivate relationships with clients, resolve claims and complaints, educate clients, and contribute to service improvements. Expect to leverage HRIS, Salesforce, and other systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2 years health & benefits experience, and an insurance license valid in all 50 states. #J-18808-Ljbffr
