About the role

Beazer Homes USA Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to coordinate and manage field operations, ensuring homes are completed on time and within budget. You will lead field personnel, interface with division offices, and maintain production schedules and safety standards. This role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree in construction preferred) and at least ten years of progressive construction leadership, including two years in a General Superintendent capacity.
