About the role

Mid-Market Account Executive - AI ITSM SaaSGo To Market | New York, NY | On-site | Full-time
About the Company: Our client is an early-stage, AI-native service management platform that resolves employee requests end-to-end. Its platform draws on full organizational context (the people, systems, services, and policies that define how an enterprise actually runs), so requests that used to take days of back-and-forth resolve in minutes, right where employees already work.
About the Role: Our client is hiring Mid-Market Account Executives to win and grow customers across the mid-market. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role. You'll own everything from first outreach through close, selling an AI-native service management platform to IT and service leaders (IT Directors, Service Managers, and senior IT leaders) at mid-sized organizations of roughly 2,000–10,000 employees. As an early go-to-market hire, you'll help define what mid-market selling looks like there from day one.
Responsibilities: Own the full new-business sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close. Generate much of your own pipeline through proactive outbound rather than relying on inbound alone. Run full-cycle deals across IT and service stakeholders, keeping momentum through evaluation and close. Sell the AI-native difference credibly, helping buyers see how the platform transforms their service operations rather than just replacing a tool. Partner with the CEO, engineers, and product managers to shape the story, feed the roadmap, and refine positioning. Forecast accurately and keep the CRM current. Qualifications4–7 years in sales, including 2+ years of full-cycle closing in B2B SaaS, with a consistent track record of closing new logos. Comfortable generating your own pipeline and closing net-new business, not just expanding existing accounts. Experience selling to IT or service management buyers (or adjacent operational software) a plus. Strong discovery and deal-management instincts; you can keep multi-stakeholder deals moving. Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with end-to-end ownership. Compensation$100,000 base / $200,000 OTE (inclusive of commission) USDWhat Our Client OffersThe opportunity to own critical revenue relationships and shape how the company sells as it scales. A culture that values craftsmanship, autonomy, and technical excellence. Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package. Aggressive accelerators for overachievement. Work from our client's Manhattan office, side-by-side with the founding team in a supportive, collaborative setting. The team works on-site five days a week, and the office is easy to reach by public transportation. This role also includes travel to customers and events as the business requires.3681575

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
