About the role
- Support the lead advisor with financial planning, investment management, estate planning, retirement
- Prepare and update financial plans, projections, and client planning materials
- Assist with portfolio analysis, investment research, rebalancing, and implementation
- Coordinate rollovers, account transfers, contributions, distributions, and other money movement
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for routine client questions and account-related requests
- Speak directly with clients regarding items such as rollovers, transfers, paperwork, distributions, and
- Work with custodians and other outside professionals to resolve client account issues
- Prepare materials and follow-up items before and after client meetings
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure outstanding tasks are completed promptly

- Strong understanding of investment accounts, retirement plans, rollovers, distributions, and account
- Experience preparing or supporting comprehensive financial plans
- Familiarity with investment management and portfolio concepts
- Strong client communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good professional judgment and discretion
- The ability to distinguish between a routine client-service matter and an issue requiring advisor
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial firm where responsibilities may evolve as the business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Life & Health license preferred
- CFP® designation or progress toward CFP® certification is a plus
- Prior securities licensing and wealth-management experience strongly preferred Compensation & GrowthWe offer:
