About the role

Export Warehouse Associate We are seeking an Export Warehouse Associate with experience in export logistics, warehouse documentation, and outbound shipping operations.
Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate warehouse receipts for incoming cargo. Prepare and verify export documentation and shipment information. Coordinate air freight consolidations and support ocean freight consolidations. Assist with outbound container loading, ensuring cargo matches shipment documentation and is properly secured. Maintain accurate cargo records and inventory information. Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments. Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Requirements: Experience using Magaya WMS is a major plus Previous experience in an export warehouse. Experience creating warehouse receipts and handling export documentation. Experience with air freight consolidations; ocean consolidation experience preferred. Experience with outbound container loading. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
