What We're Looking For: We want someone who is: A true team player with a friendly, positive attitude. An active listener who communicates well and supports both patients and teammates. Attentive, patient-focused, and reliable, with consistent punctuality. Able to multitask, stay organized, and anticipate the needs of the team and doctors. Proud to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Requirements: Must maintain a current RDA license for the state of Tennessee. Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred. Strong focus on patient care and comfort. Self-starter mentality with excellent time-management skills.
