About the role
Five Below Inc. is looking for an energetic store leader to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth front-end operations. You will train crew, drive customer service scores, and manage opening/closing tasks while maintaining store standards and safety.
The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Overnight and weekend shifts may be required.
