About the role
Flowback Night SupervisorWISCO is hiring a Flowback Night Supervisor to lead nightly well testing and flowback operations. This role oversees crews, ensures safe and efficient job execution, and delivers high-quality service to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise flowback operations, including rig-up/rig-down Lead and support crew members to ensure safe, efficient work Determine equipment needs and proper setup based on job requirements Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate job documentation Enforce safety policies, SOPs, and QA/QC standards Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure readiness for upcoming jobs Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
Requirements:
Flowback/well testing experience required; leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practices Ability to lead crews and problem-solve in the field Valid driver's license
