About the role

TEEMA Group is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers. You will develop and monitor individualized plans, train families, and ensure high-quality therapy across home, center, and telehealth settings. The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or related field, BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and at least two years of related experience.
