About the role

NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island seeks a Pathologists' Assistant to provide gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens under the supervision of a pathologist. You will prepare tissue for histology, frozen sections, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry, and support teaching and conferences. Responsibilities include specimen accessioning, QA/QI, and assisting residents and staff. The role combines clinical work with administrative duties in a collaborative pathology department.
