About the role

Fanatics is seeking a hands-on Analytics Manager in Atlanta to lead a small team within the Strategic Operations & Analytics group. You’ll write and optimize SQL, review your team’s models, and own cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end, partnering with CX, Fraud, Payments, WFM, and VIP. You’ll balance leadership with doing the work, developing analysts, setting standards for dashboards, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
