This is a highly strategic, operations-focused leadership role responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, executive readiness, cross-functional alignment, and business execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned management consultant or Chief of Staff who thrives in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments. This individual will partner with senior leaders, manage executive operating rhythms, resolve complex cross-functional challenges, and ensure leadership teams remain aligned on strategic priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the organization's executive operating cadence, including strategic planning sessions, business reviews, leadership meetings, and organizational planning activities.Develop executive briefing documents, leadership summaries, decision memos, and one-page strategic overviews for high-level meetings.Prepare presentations, executive communications, and strategic narratives for senior leadership, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.Coordinate and drive resolution of complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders.Partner with directors, senior managers, and functional leaders to gather insights, identify risks, and provide leadership with accurate organizational organizational alignment by facilitating communication across business, technology, product, and operations teams.Anticipate executive needs, identify emerging issues, and proactively recommend solutions before problems strategic planning, organizational priorities, operational excellence initiatives, and executive decision-making.Build trusted relationships across senior leadership while navigating complex organizational dynamics with discretion and professionalism.Utilize AI tools and modern productivity technologies to improve planning, communication, and operational efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, organizational transformation, or enterprise business experience as a Chief of Staff or in a comparable executive business operations, strategic program management, or executive office role.Proven experience supporting senior executives within large, complex executive communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations, executive briefings, and strategic success managing highly ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.Experience leading executive operating rhythms, strategic planning, and organizational governance.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technology organizations and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.High proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, research, and execution.Excellent organizational, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
