Software Developer (Hybrid)

Overview In this role you will contribute to the Bills, Beneficiary and Beyond (BBB) team within EBST by delivering quality software solutions that support key Employee Benefit Solutions processes. You will work across design, development, testing, and support, including on-call duties, to modernize and maintain systems. The position emphasizes collaboration in an agile environment, learning new technologies, and driving improvements to billing, beneficiary data, and integrations. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to influence tech strategy and customer-focused outcomes.
