What You'll Do:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing
Mentor and support junior technicians
Help the company continue growing as a single-source solution for our clients
What You Need 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
Advanced customer service skills
Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
Nice-to-Haves HVAC trade school certification
NATE certification
ServiceTitan experience
Light commercial experience
Knowledge of zoning, programming, and air balancing
