We take pride in our work and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician's Helper to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist body shop technicians with repairs, including sanding, masking, and prepping vehicles for painting. Help with disassembling and reassembling truck parts. Perform basic tasks such as removing dents, buffing, and polishing. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment. Support technicians with frame straightening, welding, and other repair tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a truck body shop or similar environment is a plus. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred. Reliable transportation and punctuality.
