CompensationincludesatargetOTErangeof$175,000-$200,000consistingofbasesalaryandapartformance-basedbonus. Actualcompensationwilldependonsimilarfactors, includingthescandidate'slocation, skills, experience, andmarketconsiderations. Additionally, equityisacomponentoftheoverallcompensationpackage, providingeployeeswiththeopportunitiestoshareinthelong-termsuccessandgrowthofthecompany.
