About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Beverage Packaging Systems. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the strategic transformation of the company's packaging machinery and automation capabilities to create a competitive advantage. This role involves defining a 3-5 year machinery and automation strategy, aligning investments with key growth platforms, driving technology leadership, and ensuring world-class service capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, packaging machinery, capital equipment, or manufacturing technology, and must be adept at combining technical expertise with business acumen to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include strategic portfolio leadership, commercial enablement, and service organization development. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving growth through technology-enabled solutions, both in domestic and international markets. Critical leadership competencies include strategic thinking, executive presence, results orientation, and the ability to collaborate and influence across various organizational functions. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required, with an MBA being preferred. The candidate should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience and be capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
