About the Role:
We are seeking a senior In-House Marketing Director to orchestrate our multi-channel growth engine. In this role, you will act as the operational quarterback—managing specialized freelance contributors (video editors, copywriters, local SEO/PR contractors) while aligning closely with our internal LinkedIn outreach team. You will set the creative brief, enforce brand/legal compliance for tax-bankruptcy messaging, audit contractor output, and execute and scale multi-channel acquisition and brand-awareness campaigns. In this role, you will bridge legal/tax expertise and high-impact digital marketing to grow referral pipelines from CPAs, dominate local search footprints, and produce authority-building content across video, webinar, and social channels. You will work closely with leadership, our established LinkedIn marketing team, and various freelancers to turn specialized tax-bankruptcy thought leadership into measurable new leads.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Local Search & Map Pack Dominance(a) Own local profile optimization and strategic expansion across all office locations.(b) Implement systematic client-review generation, monitoring, and reputation response protocols to capture local 3-pack dominance.2. Organic Social Media Management (SMM)(a) Oversee multi-channel organic social strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to grow follower base, impression share, frequency, and reach.(b) Maintain a unified brand voice and synchronized cross-channel publishing calendar.3. CPA-Focused Email Marketing(a) Manage ongoing email outreach campaigns tailored specifically to CPA segments.(b) Segment lists, test subject lines/copy, track conversion metrics, and coordinate follow-up workflows with business development.4. Webinars & Virtual Continuing Education (CE)(a) Produce and execute free, high-value Tax Bankruptcy CE webinars for CPAs.(b) Integrate webinar registration and follow-up funnels seamlessly with LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.5. Video Marketing & YouTube Growth(a) Produce monthly educational and promotional video assets.(b) Oversee YouTube channel optimization and build a multi-channel clipping/repurposing workflow (short-form and long-form).6. Press & Public Relations(a) Draft, coordinate, and distribute regular press releases highlighting firm milestones, case studies, or regulatory/tax updates.7. Reputation & Brand Authority Marketing(a) Scale client review acquisition across a high volume of GBP profiles.8. LinkedIn Strategy Integration(a) Collaborate directly with our specialized LinkedIn campaign team to align organic touchpoints, executive positioning, and lead-gen outbound motions.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
6+ years managing multi-channel B2B and B2C focused on legal/financial services marketing.
Technical Proficiency: Local SEO/map pack strategies, email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), YouTube studio/video distribution workflows.
Content Acumen: Ability to translate complex tax, legal, or restructuring concepts (e.g., tax bankruptcy) into engaging educational content for B2B audiences (CPAs/tax professionals).Project Management: Track record of coordinating webinars, video production pipelines, and PR distributions on tight recurring cadences.
Data-Driven: Comfortable tracking pipeline attribution, engagement velocity, and review growth metrics.
